Thanks for visiting my page. My name is Tralena and I am a Principal Broker licensed in the state of Oregon. I am proud to say I have been apart of the JIM DOWNING Realty family since 2008.

I grew up in a small town called Florence Oregon. I moved to Cottage Grove in 2001 with my wonderful husband Luke. We fell in love with the people, the beauty, the history, and the location. Cottage Grove has truly been great for us and we cannot wait to start a family here.

There are lots of different activities that take place here. A couple of examples of what I like best are the car races, music in the park, art walks, chili cook offs, Bohemia Mining days, and so much more! I also love that we have two beautiful lakes, rivers, several campgrounds, and a huge trail perfect for biking, walking, and just observing Mother Nature. One of the things that Cottage Grove is known best for is its Covered Bridges and that it has been selected as the All American City twice.
